Through secure, in-app messaging, you can receive consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription delivery to your pharmacy. Our text-based care delivery system ensures that you receive the right care at the right time, without the need for appointments or travel. With availability nationwide, 24/7, 365 days a year, we are here whenever you need us.

The cost of accessing 98point6's services varies depending on your employer, health plan, or retailer. Some Sponsored Plans provide access to our services at no charge, with low or no cost visits available to eligible members and their dependents aged 1+. To determine if you are eligible, please consult your health plan sponsor.

Please note that individuals must be 18 years or older to create an account and seek primary care, except for individuals in Nebraska who must be 19 years or older.

Our virtual primary care clinic is staffed by a carefully selected team of board-certified physicians who are committed to improving access to healthcare. They are specially trained to provide diagnosis and treatment through text-based care. Additionally, our platform supports the use of photo, video, and audio as needed during consultations.

Our board-certified physicians are available on-demand to provide diagnosis, treatment, answer questions, offer reassurance, and help guide you towards appropriate next steps. If your condition requires in-person care, consulting with a 98point6 physician can ensure that you receive the proper care. Some common conditions we can assist with include colds, coughs, flu, urinary tract infections (UTIs), acid reflux, heartburn, digestive issues, yeast infections and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), reproductive health concerns such as birth control, muscle sprains and strains, seasonal allergies, asthma and respiratory issues, skin conditions, rashes, bites, sunburn, nausea, stomach flu, gastroenteritis, general health inquiries, and much more.

We offer a wide range of prescription medications that can be prescribed by our doctors. However, there are certain medications we do not prescribe such as controlled substances (e.g., Percocet), muscle relaxants (e.g., Flexeril), lifestyle medications (e.g., Viagra or Propecia), or medications that require strict monitoring. Our physicians adhere to evidence-based practices regarding the responsible use of antibiotics. If we are unable to prescribe a particular medication, it is likely due to various factors including state and federal regulations concerning virtual care practices, as well as prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
